IRRIGATION
Contractor grade, quality materials only, warranted for
two full years. One year warranty on labor. Underground ball valve at
every manifold for maintenance ease. Direct burial, UV rated wire only,
and fully self-contained, watertight splices, used by Disneyland and Magic
Mountain for flawless and consistent electrical performance. Professional
grade controllers on every job. "Swing-Pipe"
assembly at every sprinkler head provides flexibility in every direction,
eliminating maintenance on broken fittings, and risers underground. All
exposed and pressurized lines insulated and rated schedule 40 pipe. Sprinkler
heads set to specification at grade to eliminate mower damage, and approximately
3 1/2" from borders to allow for mower wheel.
SOIL PREPARATION
Minimum
2" deep weed-free and manure-free organic wood fibrous mulch.The
mulch is rototilled to a minimum 6" deep with amendments added as
necessary to correct pH problems and condition the soil. Rough grade to
within 1" of finish. Water-rolled and compacted to eliminate air
pockets. Finish grade wall-to-wall with wide landscape rakes. 6-20-20
prestart fertilizer applied throughout to promote root growth and reduce
transplant shock.

PLANT MATERIAL
Every flat of groundcover and color, and every tree, shrub, etc. is
handpicked for your landscape project to insure best quality possible.
You may visit our local Nursery to preview the varieties we have suggested.
At your request, we will set all plants and wait for you to approve
the layout before installation. All plants and trees will be planted
as follows:
Groundcover and color: Soil will be amended prior to installation to insure vigorous growth and bloom. (This excludes slopes, which will be fertilized appropriately upon completion.) Shrubs: Holes will be dug one-and-a-half by one-and-a-half times the container size and backfilled with minimum one-half Kellogs Gromulch, native soil and 1-year slow-release fertilizer tablets, recompacted properly and treated with granular prestart fertilizer to encourage healthy adaptation and root growth. Trees: Will be planted the same as shrubs and staked as necessary.
Shrubs carry a 90 day warranty; 15 gallon and larger trees carry a full one year warranty. Warranties good except for circumstances completely beyond the control of Greenbee Landscape, such as unattended drought, disease, fire, pests, vandalism, etc.
Greenbee offers a full design service so that you can see the layout on paper and have a record of all your plants with botanical name drawn to scale for present and future reference.

Our Hardscape crew will deliver only the finest product. We will personally design, install and custom-build your patio cover, water feature, lighting, walls, concrete patio or sidewalk, etc. With a crew dedicated to provide the highest quality finished product, your project will showcase lasting beauty.
